Korina, tried with all main browsers, Chrome, Safari and
Firefox, all updated to the last version. All Windy layers
are working properly with the exception of Rain,Thunder.
Presume problem should to be corrected on your side.
Tried to create a video of Rain,Thunder, but was unable.
System does not allow. Box shakes and indicates...
...stop video... :-( Big problem with Rain,Thunder!

@headangle,(1) problem is that if I initiate query by Rain,Thunder all other layers do not provide info. or just show flashes of colors with no senseat all (2) If I initiate by the last layers and up, all perform perfectly until reaching Rain, Thunder wich does not work ( grey map , country borders and no motion whatsoever)
Is it possible to delete Windy and download it again? In doing so did I loose my Premium status?

Suty, what you did was a huge mistake that you've acknowledged, and I'm going to be the one to pay the consequences of that mistake. What you should have done was let the October subscription expire the following day and apply the current July subscription to my Premium account. I hope your tendency to make "mistakes" when dealing with long-standing Windy Premium customer accounts will become less frequent.

- Can I use the refund to subscribe a new Premium account?
- I am very disapointed with Windy, for many years the service went smothly, then suddenly
everything was disrupted due to "mistakes" in
handling my account.
I need URGENT and RELIABLE information on how to proceed in order to solve this infortunate situation.

No one has yet answer my post of five days ago about duplication of two subscroptions of my PREMIUM account, one expiring in July 2026 and the other in October 2025. Five days ago I requested an urgent reply. I am still wating for it!
