Apple Watch App - elevation based wind values

I use the Windy Apple Watch app but actually it´s not possible to get the wind direction/speed based on altitude.

On the ECMWF model there are elevation options ground, 100m, 600m, 750m, 900...

Based on this values I want to see the current wind speed and hourly change based elevation. On the Smartphone App it´s available but not the Apple Watch. It make no sense for me.
