I have noticed that there is 2 hours difference between UTC and local time in Spain. It should be only 1 hour LT-1=UTC winter, LT-2=UTC summer

Can it be classified as a bug? I dont think so, but LECH is no longer calamocha air base, but instead it is Costa de Azahar, Castellón, IATA code is CDT.
Is this the rigth place to report this issue?
