The inward moving air around the surface causes air to converge (come together). Since this converging air cannot move downward because the surface is blocking it, it must move upward – leading to that condensation and therefore usually a rainy day

What exactly is the humidity level. The water vapors are always present in atmosphere. So how can we called an atmosphere humid if water is the consistent part of it? Guide me please. Thank you so much.

Hello windy community. Pardon me if I ask out of the place question. I wanted to know about ozone layer. The only thing I am clear about is that in 1980s the scientists observed a hole in the layer. I am confused about the rest. Some says the ozone has stopped depleting because in most of the article, the only point at the hole observed in 1980. Is the ozone continually depleting or was that hole concept was one time occurrence. Thank you so much already.
