I was having the same problem, and I did not see "UPDATE" on the chrome browser either, but when I left clicked on the three vertical dots at the upper right, then HELP, then ABOUT GOOGLE CHROME, I noticed that where the version should be, a message said to restart CHROME to finish updates. After doing so, the radar works fine. I had already tried closing CHROME and restarting and it did not work before, so maybe looking at the ABOUT info triggered something.

I have been a premium member for some time. I absolutely love the service and go to it often.

But I would like to use radar data using Python scripting and wonder if API access to that data is included in my subscription?

It's not for publication, it's for home use within a few of my embedded Smart Home weather reporting projects.

I searched for an answer in the forums but I could not find an answer, perhaps because my queries were not worded correctly.

Timeline disappeared in Windows Google Chrome. It's just gone. The play arrow is there, and the speed icons, but no timeline slider. And that is the most used control on your site for me. I am a premium member.
I closed and opened chrome. I closed the tab and reopened that your site was viewed on. I cleared my cache, started another tab and went to your site. I even tried it with no addons. No time line control. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
