I would do the $19 subscription but do not do ANY recurring payments

I would gladly subscribe at the $20 rate but I HATE recurring payments!

At least give us the opportunity to localize ourselves! My internet access is via my phone and you are using the phone company's location, not mine. It is very irritating to have to move out of where you think we are to get to my home area. If you want to make this a paid membership option, so be it. I am paying! for now.
