@idefix37 Thanks for your reply. However, I am specifically interested in the movement of the clouds. If I hide them, I don't see what I want to see. It used to be different just a few months ago; when you clicked "slow," the speed was genuinely slow—across the entire 24-hour period. Now, the last hour flashes by in a single second.
On top of that, those cloud "glitches" are still visible. For example, take a look at the cloud imagery from September 20, 2026, starting around 8:00 AM CEST over southwestern Hungary; clouds suddenly appear and then vanish again.

Animation speed in satellite and weather radar view
I am experiencing the problem described here with my premium account on both the browser version and the Android app.
In the satellite and weather radar view, I like to watch the animation covering the last 24 hours. To do this, I click "24h" on the bottom bar, then select "slow speed" (the turtle icon), and finally hit the play button. However, the animation speed changes as it approaches the current time:
the period from 24 to 6 hours ago is animated over 8 seconds,
the period from 6 to 1 hour ago is shown in just 2 seconds,
and the final hour (1 hour ago to now) plays through in 1 second.
I also notice that no cloud movement is displayed for the last hour, and the animation sometimes "jumps." Clouds move from west to east, but the motion isn't always smooth during the animation; a cloud might suddenly jump about 100 km to the east. It looks as if frames are missing from the "movie."What can I do to achieve a steady, linear speed without having to manually position the pointer on the timeline?
