    • Adding Canadian GEM/CMC (2.5 km resolution) to current weather models

Hello … first off, let me say how much I like what windy.com offers. I am a Premium subscriber, and am also happy that you have added “Thermals” (I have found it to be useful, but a forecast thermal strength for the same location would also be very helpful).

Would it be possible for you to add the Canadian GEM/CMC (2.5 km resolution) forecast to the Forecast Models already contained within windy.com? Canada is the second largest country by area (3,855,100 square miles/9,984,670 square kilometres) and it would be of great value to be able to view another weather model when trying to assess the likely future weather in a particular area or along a specific route. It would also be great to to be able to compare the GEM/CMC model to the current models used by windy.com.

      Thanks.

    • RE: Meteorological Service of Canada (MSC) Models

Hello ... I completely agree with Paul-Michel's suggestion, and hope you can do it as soon as possible. Such would be a valuable addition to the great information already provided by windy.com. Thanks.

    • RE: Version 43: Introducing the New Features and Enhancements. Tell us what you think!

The addition of the Canadian HRDPS greatly enhances the value of windy.com. I have found it to be a very accurate forecast.

The Radar+ layer is also of great value.

Windy.com website has become the “go-to” weather site.

Thanks, and keep up the excellent service and enhancements.
