I luckily don't have any other company that prefers and almost insist on doing business on a public platform, and one that doesn't have a great reputation. Suggest that you provide clients with another viable option for communication.

Try a different platform - get off Facebook
Paid twice for Windy, once in Dec 2021 and again in Feb 2022
I am requesting a refund for the second payment. I would prefer of course to work directly with a Windy agent rather than have a Facebook post, but that is your policy. Refund request for a second payment
I paid $21.80 for Premium Windy on 16 Dec and again on 15 Feb. This was partly due to the fact that I could not find where on the Windy site the timing of payments. Thanks for your attention to this matter and please refund me the $21.80 that I charged to my credit card on 15 Feb. Thanks George Greer
Where to I see the payments to Windy. I seem to have resubscribed based on an offer for Premium but I did so thinking my current subscription was about to expire. Now I'm wondering if I have double paid for Windy. Where on the app or website can I see a history of payments and expiry dates for my subscription?
