I have the exact same problem. After the recent update, the image of the swell and sea waves is shuttered. When the application says Northwest wave or swell, the animation is showing east.

A small part of the screen showing correctly, but the rest are pieces here and there. Mostly showing an easterly swell/ waves,even though it is clearly erroneus. The description on the upper left screen is giving the correct direction contrary to the graphics.

My phone is a Oneplus 13R with android software (OxygenOS).
