Why is my map colour disappearing to b/w?

Why does the curser disappear after a few seconds. It is really annoying and wasn’t a problem prior to the latest version?

For boating purposes it would be convenient for Windy to display Tidal Height as well as Wind Direction.

Great Site. But please remove the winter picture for us in the southern hemisphere. We are on full summer and the winter picture is really annoying
