Afternoon ,

Please would someone help me, I got an email saying my renewal didn't go through early this morning.  I realised it happened because I hadn't updated my credit card details to my new card.  I have tried three times and it won't let me renew with new details, just says contact support.  I have tried with two different Visa cards, then I tried Paypal but when you click on PayPal option it just spins and looks like something is loading then nothing happens.
