@Korina Oddly, a simple router reboot started the data flowing again so if it happens again, I'll try another router reboot.
      Thanks!

      Thank you.
I have a hunch that those missing pws packets never got to Windy despite weewx confirming it was.
If you can confirm that the data was never received at Windy, I suspect my ISP' supplied router is malfunctioning and is intermittently blocking outbound packets to Windy.
      Regards..Glenn

Alerts for: Manitoulin - Blind River - Killarney
      Warnings

      11:05 AM EST Wednesday 13 November 2019
Snow squall warning in effect for:

      Espanola - Killarney
      Manitoulin Island

Lake effect snow squalls beginning this afternoon.

Lake effect flurries are expected to develop by midday today. Some of these flurries will then intensify into local snow squalls this afternoon and persist through Thursday morning.

Local snowfall accumulations of 15 to 25 cm will be possible tonight with an additional 5 centimetres possible Thursday before the squalls move out of the area.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.

Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to ONstorm@canada.ca or tweet reports using #ONStorm.

      Blind River - Thessalon

      Lake effect snow squalls today.

Lake effect flurries are expected to develop this morning. Some of these flurries are then expected to intensify into local snow squalls early this afternoon and continue through the rest of the day.

Areas south and east of Elliot Lake are most likely to see the snow squalls. Local snowfall accumulations of 10 to 20 cm will be possible by the time the snow squalls move east of the region this evening.

Possible resolution: Mark/highlight areas of all Manitoulin Island plus corridor between Thessalon and Killarney, Ontario
