The time resolution for data received from API is of 3Hrs.
Is there any option to receive the data for time resolution 5min, 15min, 30min or 1 hr.

Could you please confirm the following:
1.Whether data through API can be fetched in 15 minute intervals ?
2.What is the refresh frequency of data fetched through API ?
3.What is the minimum time interval for which data can be fetched?

Premium subscription has been availed and we are looking at having these data points.

Also, could contact details be provided since previous contact over mails have not yet been attended to.
