Is the first option SAR129.99 is one time payment without future payments OR one year subscription ? CMIIW but one time payment means there’s no future payments right? If yes why it says buy for one year and one time payment ?

I do understand the second option about annual subscription ..

When I touch the screen in thunderstorm option I see number I don't know how to read them, like 2.55|/km2 ? What does this mean 2.5 lighting strikes every somewhat in every km2? Or how
