Re: Gray screen using Safari

Finally after years of getting the dreaded gray screen when opening Windy on my Macbook it now works. The problem was for some reason one of the OS updates disabled webGL. Here is what worked for me:

First confirm that you have admin status by going to System Settings - Users and Groups
Next go to Privacy and Security - Full disc access
In Utilities open terminal
Type in: defaults write com.apple.Safari.WebKitPreferences.webGLEnable 1

Restart Safari and open Windy.com

You should now see all of the great graphics on your screen.
