In aviation, jet stream is characterized by winds from 80 knots. So, I suggest modifying the color gradation in the subtitle and highlight the winds from 80 knots. Thus, the airmen will better identify the horizontal thickness of the jet stream.

For aviation, jet stream is characterized by winds from 80 knots, I would suggest add in the subtitle the "bar" of 80kt in a distinct color for the airmen to more easily identify the jet stream.
