The first screenshot was taken while adding a widget to the homescreen of my iPhone. There is a Windy section.
The second screenhots shows adding a widget to the lock screen of my iPhone. The Windy section is missing.
But I can add a Windy widget to the iPhone lock screen by using the section "Vorschläge" (suggestions), which is shown in the third screenshot.
I have the same behaviour on my iPad.
Regardings the home screen, I have a widget section "Windy". But for the new lock screen widgets the section is missing and I can only select a Windy widget by clicking "Vorschläge" (suggestions).
Seems to me like a bug. Perhaps a localization problem? I am on a german iOS / iPadOS.

I am a new (premium) user on a iPhone 15 / iPad Air 4 with latest iOS / iPadOS and Windy version.
Is it a normal behaviour that there is no entry for Windy when I try to add a widget to the iPhone / iPad lock screen? I can only select a Windy widget by selecting the entry „Vorschläge“ (german, maybe „suggestions“ in english?).

Is there any plan to add more small (round) widgets for the iPhone / iPad lock screen like the Apple Weather App offers?
I would rather like to see the actual weather condition like the temperature or the chance of rain instead of the weather of the next days on the lock screen.
