Unfortunately, the link you provided does not resolve the issue.To be very clear:
I am aware that the subscription was purchased via Paddle
The Paddle cancellation link redirects me back to the Windy “Manage account” page
That page requires a confirmation email to complete cancellation
No confirmation email is ever delivered, despite multiple attempts
This makes cancellation technically impossible on my side
Therefore, sending me the same link again does not help — it creates a loop with no way to complete the cancellation.
At this point:
I have demonstrated a clear intent to cancel
I have attempted all available self-service options
The failure is outside my control
I am formally requesting that Windy cancels my subscription manually on your side and confirms in writing that no further charges will be attempted.
Please note that continued billing under these circumstances, where cancellation is technically blocked, may be considered non-compliant with consumer protection regulations.
I am not asking for a new link — I am asking for manual cancellation.

@Suty pls help in canceling subscription. that link doesn`t do anything. I am not receiving cancelation email. Please provide a proper way to cancel the subscription.
Otherwise, I consider reporting this further, revealing your interest in avoiding cancelation

@Suty but I go in the same stop. No confirmation e-mail is received on my email. Your link doesn`t send confirmation email. We go in round. Please find another way to cancel the subscription.
You send me the link thay leads me to Manage account section from the PC app, and DOES NOT SEND ANY email at all

Hello Windy Support Team,
I am trying to cancel my Windy Premium subscription, but I am unable to do so because I never receive the confirmation email required to complete the cancellation process.
Details of the issue:
I am logged into my Windy account using Google login
The subscription does not appear in:
Google Pay → Subscriptions
Apple ID → Subscriptions
I have repeatedly used the “resend confirmation email” option
I have checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, Updates, and All Mail
No confirmation email is received at all
Because of this, I cannot cancel the subscription manually.
Please help me in canceling my subscription manually and confirm that no further charges will be made to my payment method.
