I encountered this as well. I zoomed in on western Colorado and the airport pin at Grand Junction (which is my airport) disappeared. I shut down Chrome, reloaded Windy and the green pin for Grand Junction was there but as soon as I zoomed in one level...gone. I hope this can be fixed as I use the airport pins for NOTAMS and TAF's.
