I purchased a year subscription to Premium in the google play store. I have tried for a few months to get the "go premium" banner to go away on my laptop. Even logged in it will not go away; the premium features are not available. I have gave up quite a few times since getting help is more involved here than I like. An easy to find customer service 1:1 area would be nice even an email address would help. But here I am in the forum so hope I can get help figuring this out. Quite a bit of my subscription has burned away trying to figure it out.
