Suggested improvements:
- Add ability to select/deselect models
- Keep row headings fixed on left side of screen when you scroll across the days/time
Thank you!

@anthony10 I second that. Being able to select/deselect which models showing would also be A+.
Kind of a funny message. I like it.
Beyond me but may be of interest
When I click on the detailed forecast for my location the map relocates to another distant location. I tried to upload a short video of it here but the system won’t let me.
Re: How about: Temperature Anomaly?
I'm surprised that you haven't added a temperature anomaly layer yet such the one climate reanalyzer presents here https://climatereanalyzer.org/wx/DailySummary/#t2anom
I recommend for high priority.
@Gkikas-LGPZ The 2 m temperature anomaly specifically would be a very cool set of data to have visible in the app…
Normally my iOS forecast widget will open the app to the forecast using the same weather model. So if the widget is set to ICON the app will open to the ICON forecast.
Today I am noticing that it opens to ECMWF. I tried restarting my phone but that didn’t fix it.
Also, is there a reason that MBLUE cannot be added as an option in the forecast widget?
I’ve never used this layer before. I was just looking at the path for TS Helene and was particularly curious about the wind speeds. Very cool. It shows the max wind gusts expected over a selectable period of time.
@SwoopIOM That’s the limit for the radar layer. The other layers you want to look at are Rain, thunder and Rain accumulation. These are modelled projections of precipitation. You can also change forecast models (ECMWF to ICON to GFS etc) to see how they differ in their projections.
@Kellen-Jones-2 I don’t know what the 500 mb geopotential height anomaly is but way back I requested the 2 m temperature anomaly as shown here https://climatereanalyzer.org/wx/todays-weather/?var_id=t2anom&ortho=1&wt=1
@idefix37 I had forgotten that Bermuda was way out there. Incredible location. And handy for a radar.
I just noticed that Hurricane Ernesto is being captured by radar somehow even though it’s far far offshore. Anyone know what the deal is?

@Suty I see. And would there be a difference from US lightning detection because I notice a lot more lightning action on the radar in the US (could be a reflection of more actual lightning strikes I guess)?
Hello — I’ve noticed lately that the radar map doesn’t reflect my experience of actually lightning. And right now I can see on lightningmaps.org that a lot more lightning is happening than shows on the Windy app.
Can you look into this please.
