There are four maps that I don't understand how they interact, cloud %, High cloud%, medium cloud% and low cloud%.. should these numbers somehow add up? Why can cloud percentage be less than any of the individual %amounts? Thanks

@idefix37 I would be interested in % snowpack year to date snow depth and water content compared to past 20byears or so. Data is available through https://www.wcc.nrcs.usda.gov/ftpref/support/states/CO/products/#state=co&element=prec. Thanks
