Startup Location and Layer not working. Tried resetting, log out, log in still not working. Had the same problem a few months ago then one day it was suddenly working again. Now it has happened again.

I have a message notification that won’t clear. It was for an error that it took me to and I cleared it. I still get the red msg note. Can’t find anything else in settings menu. Tia.

How do I clear a notification? It’s on my Windy desktop icon. I think it maybe an error report, which I tried to clear, no joy.
