Why not have an option at the top of the page, "Try New Interface" a month before launch?
Then you could let people try the interface, provide feedback and switch it off until things get fixed.
That would be far better than messing things up.

@Suty Please allow the enabling of labels... Nothing is more important that that. Icons that look like screen grab of a map are meaningless to me.
@korina Cool. Any plans to show the United states radiation?
@korina said in Wind Chill:
@jimerb Relative humidity is already available at https://www.windy.com/-Humidity-rh?rh,33.375,-22.220,3
yes but often sites compute a "real feel" temperature in much the same way as windchill.
80deg with 95% humidity feels hotter than 90 degrees with low humidity for example. The air's ability to evaporate sweat is inhibited because of the saturated air. So it feels hotter.
While your at it a measurement for the summer given relative humidity would be helpful. It would make the data helpful year round.
@stitch Me too. It's a mess.
@Suty The design should respect the fact that your entire user base knows the system already. If they find it less intuitive -- then it is less intuitive. There's 10 zillion layers -- who WANTS to remember what 10 zillion icons look like? You NEED labels. (and hovering over 10 labels to find the popup is not the answer.)
I use midjourney and they always are conducting "micro surveys" to get quick feedback on what users would like. They may do 5 or 6 of these a week.
They may ask for example,
How do you feel about having icons in the toolbar with no labels?
Then in just a day or so, the admins / developers know if it's a good idea or not to implement a change they have in mind without investing in the development time first. Here's an (off topic) example so you can see how it looks:
There are a few Plugins I always want to play with.
Is there a way to make it so they are always installed instead of adding them each time i launch my browser?
Thanks.
on the forecast for a location, dusk is shown along with Sunrise and Sunset.
But dawn is conspicuously missing.
When planning a photo shoot, I often map out the weather at a location and it's usually the case I'm trying to catch first or last light.
It would be great if you could add dawn (nautical twilight.) It would save me from having to look it up elsewhere.
I constantly get the same popups over and over again telling me how to use the hurricane tracker or new features. I select delete on mobile apps and click the X on windows and it still pops up.
It's pretty annoying.
Why can you just make it so that if i delete it, it doesn't show up again on any device? I know how to use the hurricane tracker, I don't need to be reminded 100 times. Or feature updates. Once is enough.
This is what I'm talking about:
My toolbar is not formatting properly. It is unexpectedly taking two columns instead of one. This is repeatable on my windows 11 computer with firefox browser. Edge is working okay but I don't use that.
The browser's zoom is 100%.
Here's a screen Image:
Yes much better. Feels like the IOS desktop with jiggling icons that move around. I like it.
And labels! I'm content.

I have items on my homepage that are not pinned.
I can't get rid of them. For example I don't want PM2.5 there. it's not pinned -- yet there it is. I also can't put them in order. If i pin the item it jumps to the top. Then i unpin it and it jumps back to where it is on the screenshot.
