@noelsailor Windy-Team is simply doing Wind-Team things... This is how this goes: Last summer, Windy-team thinks: "Why not smash the perfectly fine mobile app to pieces, lets do something to the UI to break what our users love". Users cry up in masses and complain, submit well reflected suggestions and so on. But Windy-team is strong. Ignorance is the true power. Then, suddenly great frustration in the Windy-team: Now the team had perfectly ruined the mobile app, but the browser app was not consistent to the degraded state of the mobile app!! So, next round. Windy-team thinks: "Ok, lets do something good and also break the browser app, then all is nice and consistent". /irony off You guys at Windy must be joking.

@jimerb We know that this should be adjusted and we will discuss it with the team this week. I will keep you posted.

@jimerb It is not a question of percentages. I made the same discrete scale with absolute values for several layers. And it works in the same way. May be Windy developers will keep your request in their todo list, but with a smoothed colour scale this colour legend will be always unclear, specially if you set 20 colour steps.

@idefix37 I see what your saying there but it looks like the forecast model is a footnote on the popup (since it's below the row) -- not a mark of which line is which. So if i go into this a month from now (or first time users), I'm going to first have to try and figure out which row is actual and which row is forecast. A more proper way to display this would be to have the label on the row -- just like you do when you're explaining it in the how-to section of the documentation. This eliminates the need to have to find documentation to get the question answered. There's tons of free space to be able to include the label as the popup only occupies a small part of the screen. @jimerb I agree and appreciate the bump. Wind Chill temperature is very important in Canada as well. So much so that the federal government meteorological office (Environment Canada) has a section of their website dedicated to educating the population on Wind Chill with an explanation of why it is a public safety issue! There happens to be a table (in C) that could be used by Windy to perform the calculations!! @jimerb No, if you enlarge your screenshots you will see that the "blue" shows a uniform blue color on the sea and a green color on the land. While "visible" shows sea and land as the satellite sees them in true color. But the upper clouds are slightly bluish, and the lower ones are brownish (slightly colorised) Either way, it's not a bug ! @jimerb Hello, you have initially purchased a one-time purchase for Windy Premium, this option does not renew because it is not a subscription. I can see you then subscribed to a regular subscription, which is going to renew 4th of September 2023.

Today, Mar 27 2022, it appears radiation levels in Ukraine are a little higher. Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi I would love this feature too, even more nautical dawn and dusk. When checking the surf forecast in winter it would be awesome to know if i can go surf at dawn before work in the same place that i check the waves :)
