I have no access to my old email address and windy is sending how to access my account to old address how do I update to my new email address

Had to change email address and windy is saying trouble with payment I can not access my account I think windy is still sending emails to old address. Says I will no longer be able to access extended forecasts and hourly forecasts soon every time I go into app don’t know what to do

@idefix37 when open app keeps saying I won’t have premium much longer and that payment didn’t work used same card had to change email address thought I did that correctly can not get into old email address as lost all devices when my house burnt down and don’t have password and nothing I've tried will work

Paid for premium windy payment was accepted but don’t have premium don’t know what to do want to call customer service on phone to straighten out as I’m having no success trying to fix online
