$43.29 was paid on 10/29/21 using a MasterCard issue by Randolph Brooks FCU.

I paid $43.29 on a credit card for a year subscription to Windy Premium, however, all I can see is the basic free app. Who do I contact about this issue? I did not use FastSpring to pay.
