We have supervised iPads with content filtering turned on, what URL’s aside from windy.com, does the app access?

When opening the app, we only see the splash screen, it never actually loads. We have had success using windy.com through safari and chrome but prefer the app.

Any help is appreciated.

I should also mention, I am on IOS 11.2.5, maybe there's a compatibility issue?

@ivo I use Windy on my iPad and I'm stuck on the white welcome screen. Any tips on how to correct this? I have location services on and I have toggled the wi-fi on/off with no difference.
