Can Windy show storm tracks, such as the direction of the storm and how close it is to my location? Thank you.

My area is under an active heat advisory, yet this alert is no where to be found. Am I missing something?

When is says “Buy for one year” for $29.99 and then an annual subscription is $18.99 a year. Is the $29.99 subscription a lifetime and never pay again and if so, why does it say buy for one year?
