We've recently switched from API v3 to v4 and v4 is unfortunately not working from Russia.
When I used some public Russian proxy server
and try to GET "https://api4.windy.com/assets/libBoot.js" I got 403 Forbidden (nginx/1.10.3).
Is Russian IP addresses blocked by Windy?

unfortunately it is still not working.
In Firefox Web Console I'm getting "ReferenceError: windyInit is not defined".
Also when I try to open URL https://api4.windy.com/ the page is infinitely reloading.
