Yes, I would be very happy to report my weather station data to Windy.
1. My station is a Davis Vantage Pro2 Plus
2. I report data to my own websites and Weather Underground (see below)
3. I use Meteobridge to upload data.
4. No ideas on how the API reporting should look.
5. For the moment I think I would prefer data going to Windy only.
I use Jachym's Meteotemplate and Pierre's Weather Station for Wordpress
