Lost the wind color bar and the ability to extend forecast out by days bar on bottom of screen. Reloaded and it came back, then once I access weather, the bar(s) disappear.When I reload sometimes the color bar will appear other times reloading it does not.

Sorry for being a nimrod on this site. My question is: Is cell service required to use this site? Or as I hope, while I hope the case, it operates off GPS. I have GPS on my iPhone and my position shows as expected. However on my laptop there is no GPS. I can still view the site as an active portrayal of weather out the window. Can I have clarification?
