Hi @joshsail @Matthew-Baldwin, I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application again. In case the issue persists, would you upload a screenshot, together with a number of version of the application you have (can be found at the bottom of the menu) and your operating system version? Please, keep in mind that we no longer support Android 6 and lower. In case you have Android 7, I would recommend updating your Webview.
