@klagsi I'm pretty certain that's just your local time. So that you see at a quick glance where in the meteogram "now" is.

I rely mostly on the "compare forecasts" feature to check what predictions models agree on and this works quite well. I think ECMWF is my favourite, depends on the region. However, nothing beats actually looking at the radar and satellite imagery to get a feel for what's happening in the next couple of hours :)
