    • RE: Indian newly updated map

Let's stop and think for a minute:

      1. An Indian citizen asks Windy to conform to the map that their government publishes. Then:

      2. A Chinese citizen asks Windy to conform to the map that their government publishes. Then:

      3. A Pakistani citizen asks Windy to conform to the map that their government publishes...

      4. If you REALLY APPRECIATE Windy, for what they do (it's just a weather app), why would you put them into this position?

      5. Are you a "Friend" of Windy? Or:

      6. Are you pushing some sort of agenda?

@kaicurry Many of the offshore stations labelled "ship" are, in fact, buoys.

    • RE: Hi please contact me , I am wondering about receiving some data from a certain place I need the past two weeks is this possible ?

I'm not sure what specific information you need, but timeanddate.com has historical information for weather.

Bring your cursor onto the "Weather" tab, then click on "Past week" on the dropdown menu, then enter a place into the "Place or country..." search box. It will show the past 2 weeks, or you can search by month, going back years.

Here is an example for Gatineau, Quebec: https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/canada/gatineau/historic

    • RE: Nauseatingly Persistent Discussions

Thanks for pointing out this function. That is useful.

It is still useless to upload such fleeting and transitory information, over so long a period of time.

I would place these on the very first page that opens up when one signs in to Windy.
