With this link provided and having the app installed on the smartphone, you open the app and get a message saying that you can't make in-app purchases.
Only Windy Basic is installed in the app store, not Premium.

I’am trying to renew my subscription here In Brazil. In the app is informed that the price is R$ 78,90/ year with discount, but it is also said that I cannot buy it inside the app.
When I tryed to buy in my Windows PC the price is only In American dolars USD 19,99/year, much more expensive than brazilian money shown in the app.
How to buy the subscription renew paying in brazilian money and with the renew discount, ie, R$ 78,90?
