1. Does Premium enhance the radar refresh rate? There are times when the new radar image is up to 9 minutes behind. There have been occasions when hail has been banging off my roof and on the radar it looks like I'm in the clear. Is this a usage or bandwidth phenomena?
2. Are the forecasts on a world wide basis. ie. If I'm in France on vacation can I view the European forecasts? Will I have all the same features using the app on my phone? I like using a desk top computer with a big screen. I may take a laptop on vacation.
3. What's all the whining about having features taken away from the free stuff and put into Premium? If you like it, buy it for crying out loud.
