wunderground's webcam service has been failing as of late. Any plans for FTP uploads of webcam data?

The wunderground model was:

• Setup webcam, get and FTP login for it.
• Upload webcam image to it "image.jpg"
• Wunderground would process it and update webcam image.
• A lot of low price webcams will upload HD quality images to an FTP server every 15,30,60+ seconds without any additional infrastructure.

windy.com could likely get a bunch of weather cam data (including PWS data) from wundergrounders IBM has left behind.
