Hi I recently created a yearly subscription to Windy inadvertantly through Apple and wanted to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. I cancelled the subscription through Apple and received a message saying it was cancelled but would be in effect until a year from now and di not issuer a refund. Is it possble to issue a refund?
