Please include a feature to scale or define the speed of movement of weather like precipitation in minutes. For example 1 hour movement of cloud visualised slowly for naked eye. It could be 5 minutes or 10 minutes. The users could even view the movement by reduced percentage of actual passage of clouds or rain. For example 25% or 50% etc.

Please include a feature to view Earth in space view as per Equinox and the rotational view of Earth. Please feature date time now, Calendar of region, in the view or info bar or status bar. Animated flow of water, waves, waterfalls, rivers, seas, ocean etc... Real time view.
The context of region could be the gps co-ordinates of present locations.
Dam levels, localised flood information, emergency request
Please include a feature to indicate the dams levels in the region of view along with inflow and outflow. The total capacity, present level, predicted rise of water levels in duration for overflows or to reach full capacity.
Past data, for viewing, statistical model bar, pie chart, seasonal rainfall or snow fall data
Please include a feature to view Past weather,
Actual rainfall in a region of view or through APIs day wise, weekly, monthly, annually, decade, century etc
Please include a view that shows the difference between the forecast and the actuals in the region of view or to fetch data for a region of interest APIs
Please include a feature to show statistical models or charts like pie chart, bar chart, for precipitation, temperature possible energy that can be generated through solar panels, wind possible energy that can generated thorough wind turbines, flood history through out a century or decades etc...
Please include a feature to show weather now as default view that matches the current time of region of views...
Please include a feature to play or roll backs wards to understand the seasonal rainfall in a given region monsoon wise.
Country name not displayed in radar and satellite view
The Names of the country are not displayed within it's territory, rather probably being displayed in the near by sea Shore. DOES this mean that the country names displayed with in the maritime Boundary?
I wasn't able to reproduce the same workflow, it occurred during zoom in.
