Why can't I ask a question about the failure of your archive playback option. When I tried to post a question I was deleted.
It's simple, just tell us why we have NO consistency using the archive playback mode. Hope this post goes through.

I can no longer click on the pressure icon to get the pressure bars on my map. The option is there but nothing happens, this has be happening for over a week now. I checked my subscription and was OK. Any thoughts??

Why is it that when I try to use the satellite feedback, 1 6 12 hours it only works sometimes, mostly during the day? I am a paid subscriber. This is a constant problem for me as I would like better information for my next day planning. I have been trying for three months so it is not a one time failure. What is the problem or what can I do to correct it?
