You don’t give us much info, but I suspect you have the Webcams layer activated.
If you are on the desktop website, tap the “More layers…” control in the lower right of the screen, and turn off Webcams.
If you are using the mobile version, tap the red button in the lower right. Then scroll down to the “Display on map” section and turn off Webcams by selections something else like “Forecasted weather”.
If that is not your problem then post a screenshot so we can see what is going on.
