When I start the windy app on Android and I get into Basic, Waves, Wind, Meteog., Airgram or compare forecasts, the background mode is white. But it is not so practical, especially in the night while you expect to see the next hours / days forecast, just some minutes before you sleep.

Can I change this mode somehow? If no, is it expected to provide this mode soon? For the premium accounts?

I am interested in getting into the Premium account and I have 3 questions:

1. Monthly: Is there the possibility to pay monthly? I can only see "Annual Subscription" and "Buy for one year". My opinion is that there should be the choice of monthly subscription.

2. Trial: I cannot see any trial choice, but I believe that it should be. For 1 month, 1 week or at least 2-3 days.

3. 1-hour: I don't understand this element in the premium account. I mean I am afraid that it could just be a linear partition at the front-end level, so in that case it would be useless, because it can also be done by the eyes from the 3-hour mode. Simply said, the input from the models is in 1-hour mode, so in premium account it is fully seen or the input from the models is in 3-hour mode and in premium account just a linear partition is seen?

Congratulations for the 15-day- forecasts of the two major models GFS and ECMWF.

But in "compare forecasts", it still has only the 10-day ones.

I suggest the name of "compare forecasts" to change to "all forecasts", in which you will be able to see simultaneously all the maximum-duration forecasts of all the models. Believe me, it is very helpful. And in any case, if a model in the future has 20-day forecast, again it should be visible in "all forecasts", ignoring that it will be the unique in the 16-20-day part. The "compare forecast" is just a subset of the "all forecasts", and the users can easily do with just their eyes the comparison of some models in the common parts. Or for example, if you are interested in the forecast for a trip after 15-16 days, you want to see the two models for the 15 day and simultaneously the unique model for the 16 day.

Yes it is true, I confirm it, but it only happens in the precipitation of Meteoblue. I think nowhere else.

In any case, windy premium is not a fraud. Also, you don't have to worry, you can take your money back the first 14 days.

I want in the android app to select a location and then to click compare forecasts. Then I want to see all the models with the maximum days forecast each.

Imagine that 100 mm precipitation is coming after 10-12 days. I want to compare ECMWF with GFS in the 10th day and at the same time to see what ECMWF thinks about the 11th-12th days.

Imagine two football players having scored 10 and 16 goals during a season. If you want to compare them, is it meaningful to ignore the last 6 goals of the second player and to just compare the first 10 of both?

Hi. Would it be possible to keep both the ECMWF ones separately? For example what if I want to compare the HRES and AIFS for the tomorrow forecast?

In any case, the 16-day-forecast of AIFS should be in the "compare forecasts" mode, and marketingly speaking in the premium ads, the "10-day forecast outlook" should change to "16-day forecast outlook".

But I stillI don't get it. Is there any benefit, even inside France, to use the 2.5 instead of the 1.3? Why do some prefer the 2.5?

I don't understand you and the others. For example, I search for Schiermonnikoog, and I can see the Arome 1.3 km version being active.

What do you mean? Maybe you are talking about its duration, being just 1.5 days?

At the moment, if I choose the ECMWF model alone, its 16-day-forecast is visible, but if I choose the "compare models" mode, both GFS and ECMWF stop at 10-11 days.

Will the 16-day-forecast of ECMWF be visible on the "compare models" mode?
