@Suty I concur that the problem occurs only in Radar+ but I can't find the option "Move The map to change the forecast location" to turn it off.

Not sure why this announcement has started appearing again in a banner.
Especially since the Radar+ does not seem to be reliable - today in the browser I just get the pulsing circle without radar or satellite although separately radar and satellite are available. In the app, Radar+ is working but sometimes the reverse it true. -
