I've an idea for a feature request relating to forecast models.

I'd like to be able to do two things:

1. Hide some forecast models from the "quick select" when viewing forecast for a location.
2. Change the order of the forecasts in the "compare forecast" view alternatively pin favourite models on top.

The plan behind this idea is that I'm able to quickly compare two selected forecast models of choice. With the weather being highly volatile at times it is often crucial to compare models to get a better prediction, eg. when planning a hiking trip.

Unfortunately, although a cool feature, Windy is not the first one there for thunderstorms.
There's a project that's been there for years called Blitzortung.org

It's a community of internationally based electromagnetic discharge detectors (lighting sensors).

it might be a good idea to join forces with them.
