Basically, if there's participation, and/or the wind matches, and/or the wind speed matches, and/or any number of other criteria.

My use case, in particular, is to know when conditions preclude flying so I can plan to go diving, or climbing, or whatever, instead.

Many activities are incompatible with significant rain. It would be nice to be able to suppress sorts if other conditions are met but precipitation exceeds a threshold.

Would love to see a Stüve diagram added to give those of us who participate in sky sports a better idea of what to expect as well move through the air column.
