Dear Windy Support Team,

We subscribed to Windy Premium after confirming that the subscription price was displayed as KRW 51,900.

However, the amount actually charged to our corporate card was KRW 53,713. We understand that this difference may have resulted from currency conversion, exchange-rate fluctuations, international card processing fees, or other applicable charges.

For our company’s accounting and expense-processing purposes, the amount shown on the supporting documents must correspond to the amount actually charged to our corporate card. Therefore, we kindly request an invoice showing the actual charged amount of KRW 53,713.

The subscription details are as follows:

In addition, could you please provide a separate invoice showing the original transaction amount in US dollars?

We would appreciate it if you could provide both:

1. An invoice showing the actual charged amount of KRW 53,713; and
2. An invoice showing the original transaction amount in US dollars.

If it is not possible to issue an invoice showing KRW 53,713, please provide the invoice in US dollars and clarify whether the difference between KRW 51,900 and KRW 53,713 was caused by currency conversion, exchange-rate differences, card processing fees, or other charges.

@Suty 지난 2024년 7월에도 'jooseok'이라는 사용자의 프리미엄 구독에 대한 송장을 별도 계정으로 받은 적 있습니다.
Suty 관리자님께서 별도의 계정으로 송장을 발송해주셨었고, 동일한 방식으로 이번에도 처리가 가능하지 않을까 싶습니다!
확인 부탁드립니다.

In July 2024, we had a similar case with a subscription under the user name “jooseok”, where the invoice was not sent automatically. At that time, Suty (administrator) kindly helped us by sending the invoice to a different email account manually. We hope the same arrangement can be made again.

작년에도 개인 계정으로 프리미엄을 구독했으나, 해당 계정으로 송장발송이 되지않아 gmail.com을 통해 별도로 송장(invoice)을 받았습니다.

Request for Invoice Issuance for Windy Premium Subscription

Dear Windy Support Team,

We have recently created the following new account for internal company use and subscribed to the Windy Premium service:

New Account: kwaternakdong@kwater.or.kr

Purpose: Internal use within a public organization (system integration)

This account is a virtual one, set up specifically for internal operations. To process the payment through our company’s accounting system, we kindly request a separate invoice to be issued under our organization’s name.

Previously, we also subscribed to the Premium service using a personal account. However, the invoice was not automatically issued to that account, so we had to request it manually via email.
