I have the same issue as well..on one occasion it settled down after “freaking” about 4 times rapidly. But that was the only time. Restarts will not fix....app opens with the flashing screen. Can’t get to the error console as the only fix I’ve found is to uninstall and reinstall. Using iPad Pro 10.5” 512gb, iOS 11.3.
