I signed up for Premium and to be direct, it looks the same whether I'm logged in or not. I understand that I'm getting more frequent forecast updates and an avatar symbol but that is far too subtle.

RE: Does Premium really do anything?
@petra-pik
I do not see a Premium ?batch? or patch? over my profile picture. I will follow the steps in the manual and report back. -

I am now clearly logged in to Premium as I see the Premium batch (label is what I would call it).Are there any other differences I should notice or be able to use?
Thanks

Does Premium really do anything?
Hi, I purchased Premium and can discern no difference in what I get. I even opened Windy in two different browsers and logged in on one of them. Am I not getting Premium despite being logged in?

Buoy report is wrong or the reported location is wrong
In Tampa Bay, Florida USA Windy is showing a buoy, WTER, in the gulf, west of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key that consistently shows much higher wind speeds than other local offshore buoys. I suspect that the GPS location is incorrect and that the buoy is actually located somewhere else.
Below I've tried to upload a captured image with the suspect buoy highlighted via a red circle.

RE: Option for default user startup settings?
I would like the same.
Back when I first started using Windy the app seemed to start up where I last left it which was great. Now it starts in the geographical center of the country, USA, about 2000 km from where I want it. This is why I rarely use it anymore.
